Here we go again…
While on holiday in europe I had all sorts of problems connecting to a network service, which were resolved by help on this site.
Now I'm back in UK and can't connect to a service.
What is the problem? Never had these issues when travelling before and it is incredibly frustrating.
I got a letter from Virgin saying they considered the case resolved and to phone them if it isn't. But I can't phone them as I have no network service!
So, again, can anyone help?

Good Afternoon @Ali651, thanks for your post on our Community Forums, and I'm sorry to hear of the issues you've experienced with the handset.
Can you please switch off the handset, remove the sim card and then replacing it?
Please then switch on the handset and see if you can use all three services provided
