I have been with Virgin for 2 years now and never had issues until a week ago when I suddenly stopped getting service in my house. I have followed all the steps found on the Virgin website etc
I'm assuming things are OK elsewhere.
There could be a couple of reasons
1. There is a network fault
2. You have been moved off EE (Virgin's old carrier) onto Vodafone which will be used from now on and their coverage is not as strong at your location.

I am sorry to hear you are having some signal issues. As @enllo has pointed out this could be a number of reasons.
Are you having this issue at home only or elsewhere too?
