I have a pay as you go sim and recently my card expired and I forgot to change billing info over to New card.
I have now done so and payed off my bill but have no service, can't call, text or use mobile Internet unless connected to WiFi.
Tried phoning customer services but nothing but bots. I need my mobile for work and would like to get this sorted ASAP.
