No service

At 3am phone was running fine, around noon time was showing “no service” on and off, mostly on. Sometimes EE is the network provider but no performance on the device, not even when Virgin shows on the screen.

I did turn it off and on again multiple times, wi-fi on, mobile data on, then off, then both of them on, all the combinations that I could think of, nothing works.

Is there any problem with the network and if there is, how long is it going to take to be fixed and if is not, please advise what steps should I take further.

I'm assuming your Virgin service is still being supplied by EE at this stage is so check
