No service

I would like to know when I can expect to be able to make and receive phone calls and texts on my mobile.  It will be 2 weeks tomorrow since myself and others have had no service at all yet you are still charging us for the privilege of being totally out of touch with elderly relatives who we have been unable to visit or speak to over Christmas.  Anything could have happened and we would not know.  I have tried to contact virgin for updates but always get cut off from the mobile text service

Re: No service

Is it in one place?

Have you checked for problems on the network in your locality?

https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee

Use the I have a problem button

Re: No service

I have done this,  says there is a known problem.  Someone managed to get in touch with virgin last week and said they know about the problem but no idea when it will be fixed.

Re: No service

Sadly Virgin have no control over the Network which as you know is EE.

Use the page I gave you and sign up for text updates.
