I have had no service for over 24 hours and cannot find a reason for the disconnection, I have tried another sim in my handset (which worked straight away) and then my sim in another handset which also could not get a signal. How do I reconnect to my service or order a replacement sim card, please?
Sorry to hear that you've had no service when using your SIM card. I can see that you've made a different thread about a PAC code. Can I ask whether you requested for a code and gave it to a different operator? It may explain why your current SIM is not working. Please also check your online mobile account for activity.
