I'm sorry to hear you're currently having issues making/receiving calls and I can appreciate this would be frustrating.

 

Have you done a manual network search? Are you able to send/receive texts okay?

I'm sorry to hear that you're also experiencing issues with no service on your handset.

 

Have you done a manual network search? Are you able to send/receive texts okay? Are you able to test your SIM in another handset to see if the problem persists?

I have the same problem too - unable to make or receive calls, unable to send or receive texts. I've tried changing various network settings, switching off and on, switching flight-mode on and off, no luck. Been going on for a while. Sad face.

Have you tried the suggestions from earlier in this thread?

Any error messages?

Did calls and texts use to work?

Thanks for posting. Hopefully we can turn that sad face upside down.

 

Sorry that you're also having the same problems as the other community members. I'll see what I can do. 

 

I know you've tried a few things already - but when you say various network settings, did you do the manual network search? Did anything show up when you ran it?

 

Are you able to test your SIM in another handset? This will help us narrow down what could be causing the issue. It could be the SIM, handset or the actual network so we can start to narrow it down if you're able to try that?
