Yes be now tried for for a month to figure out what the issue is with my new SIM card. I get no service all the time. I’ve cancelled my old contract so I’m now without a phone. I’ve spent hours on live chat waiting and have got nowhere. I will definitely not be paying any of my bill until this is fixed. I won’t even on for the internet or tv.
having read about how many issues people are having I’m so surprised watchdog isn’t involved. I’m definitely filing a complaint to them about virgin.
