Hi! Just received my new SIM (ex SKY customer). 2 hours of 'no service' already. Please, can anyone help with that?

Hi @Arv thanks for your post and I'm sorry you don't have any service on your SIM Card.
Can you firstly please advise what provider your SIM Card is please, is it with Virgin Mobile or O2?
