No service on Virgin Mobile

I am getting no service on my virgin mobile. The only way I can access internet is through my WiFi and not my data. I can’t even make a phone call to virgin regarding this issue yet I need it sorted ASAP

Thanks for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, I am sorry to hear you have been having issues with your Mobile phone not having a servive, I was unable to find a account for Mobile with the details we have for you.

 

If you are still having the same issue please add another post under Mobile and we will pick this up ASAP.
