No service in Spain

Hi,

When arrived in Spain 3 weeks ago Virgin data did not work, but I just used my 2nd Spanish SIM for data instead

Until today my Virgin SIM worked fine, but this afternoon no service at all.

I did not touch or change anything so must be a back-end issue.

All settings are correct (as it worked until earlier today).

Tried rebooting, no change.

Must be an issue with Virgin.

Note, been to Spain many times with this SIM; worked fine, so this is a new issue.

Just to confirm, before traveling, did you set up your device for roaming https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-media-roaming-hub ? Is your mobile service completely down?

Hi,
Yes, service worked when I arrived in Spain, except for roaming, which worked last time in Spain.
Again, I have not changed any settings and yes data roaming is enabled and always been.
My Virgin mobile account also always had roaming enabled as well.

Today service and also data works again without me doing anything.
This tells me it is a back-end issue.
