My daughter is away in Denmark and cannot connect at all to any service. She's restarted her phone several times, data roaming is on, international call barring off, and still will not work. She's the only 1 on virgin, every other service provider has connected.. I've spoke to virgin and they've double checked her settings are correct.
Assuming that all roaming is on and she has done a manual network search, if her SIM has been issued in the last 20 months or so, try this fix
you can try the sim tool found in the apps
For Android: Select Apps from Home screen Select Virgin SIM Toolkit Icon Select Roaming Select Select Mode Select Roaming and go back to Home Screen For Select Settings from the Home Screen Select Phone Icon Select SIM Applications Select Roaming Select Select mode Select Roaming you are done, go back to Home screen
