No service in Australia

I am in Australia and can't make calls or send texts! International roaming on premium barring off. Data add on purchased. Getting error 28 when sending texts. Please help as being overseas I need to speak to my children!!! Error exists no matter what network I connect to

I'm really sorry to hear of the issues that you're having with your mobile services, whilst in Australia. I have looked into this further on our system and have refreshed your profile on the system. Please can you reboot your handset and let me know if you have any further issues.
