I have received a SIM card included in my broadband package and tested it with 2 different phones iPhone and Android, no service for both of them. How can I get new replacement SIM card ?
It is far more likely the SIM has not been activated.

Also if more than 30 days past , the SIM card will stop working without activation...
Try ringing 150 and ask for the Oomph Team. If you have a Virgin landlines with your package try that first.
