No service for 4 days

For the last 4 days myself, my partner and others in my area have had no service at all. Just emergency calls. We have driven several miles but still no signal on our phones. We desperately need some help before we make the decision to cancel our contracts with Virgin which is our next step.

You say yourselves and others in your area. Are they on Virgin or one of their network suppliers which would be Vodafone or EE?

Have you got a nearby full postcode I can check.

It may be worth looking into these links for an idea of the status of the coverage in the local area;
