I have not been able to connect to any French networks despite trying all the tips shown here on the boards. My account is properly set up for roaming, my phone has proper settings for roaming activated, I rebooted several times in last 2 days, tried also to connect manually to 6 networks -They all say the Sim card will not connect to their network. I am not able to download the Virgin app as I have a US Google profile.
Need moderator assistance please as I am travelling for 2 weeks France and Spain

Setting you roaming to International in the SIM Toolkit may help
