I'm getting frequent letters and texts about replacing my SIM and that my account will be deactivated, but I don't have the SIM to switch over to.
Please could it be re-sent to my address or could someone get in contact?

Sorry to hear that these texts are causing you some concern, I know you'll be keen to get your hands on your new SIM.
We can certainly get another SIM sent, to do this I'll just need to pop you a personal message and grab some details from you.
