I could not register my mobile online. Message says "Sorry - we can't seem to find you on our system." I had entered correct phone number , surname. etc Kind of weird as I keep paying monthly bills !!
I went online as I gave up on the 789 number as waited 30 minutes on two consecutive days.
II had received a text suggesting I go online to adjust cap but seemingly the system has collapsed and as a result reluctantly going to cancel.
After changing my mobile, I find I need a smaller sim.
I tried the same things as racepro,with exactly the same response.
I am on PAYG, am in credit, and my old phone is still active.
As there is still no help on this topic, I shall be doing the same as racepro, and taking my business elsewhere.
