Hi
i have just got back from Spain and I have no phone signal or 4G. I cannot make any calls etc. I have tried the turning off and back on. I have tried to manually go to roaming national and turning it off and on again. Nothing is working.
can someone suggest anything else. I have an iPhone and on an e-SIM

Sorry to hear of the phone not working since coming back. I've done a system check and no issues showing to cause this. As it was last night, have you sorted this? Please let me know as I want to ensure sorted.

Thank you so much for your message. No it has not resolved itself, I still cannot get any phone service (so cannot make/receive calls and texts) or get 4G.
I have been to a local phone shop and they tried a vodaphone sim and that worked so maybe it is my SIM that is the problem. I have an eSIM.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as need to make calls to collect my children from school on Wednesday 😬.

I can't guarantee that but if you have tried another SIM in the handset then it does sound it. Do you know anyone with a Virgin Mobile SIM?

Yes just tried a Virgin mobile sim and that worked. How long would it take for a SIM to get to me as needed ASAP. Also will it be ok with my phone number?

There is a problem there too..I was linked to my husband’s account but then he was moved to O2 but not me. Since then we have tried to sort the account out but had no luck with customer services. What shall we do. I can send you my phone number if that helps?
