No outgoing calls

I am unable to make outgoing calls and it says invalid number.

I have been experiencing minor problems for past few weeks but used to fix by own when rebooted. But not working now.

Tried my sim card in other phone still not working

Tried to contact customer care waited over an hour still didn't pick the call.

Virgin mobile causing so much incovenience and aweful customer service

This was a known issue earlier, should now be resolved. If not on your side, try a reboot for us and let me know.
