No new sim notifications, none sent, phone cut off

Hi,

i received new Dim notifications and a new Sim and everything is fine. My boyfriend however, also on Virgin, received none of the notifications and was not sent a new Sim but his phone was cut off. Any ideas why?

Sorry to hear of the issues that your boyfriend is having with his sim card.

 

Has he changed address recently? If he has moved and not changed his address on his account the sim card may have gone to his old address.

Hi Steven, 

No address change and also none of the text message notifications which would have alerted him that something had been sent.

I didn’t receive the original Sim, but as I had received the text message notifications that 1 was sent, I was able to request a new one.

Has your partner spoken to our mobile team since your last post to get a new sim card ordered at all?
