No new sim, no way to contact Virgin

I had a txt saying I had to install the new sim card they had sent me as the old one would be deactivated. 

I don't have a new sim card and want to know why I have to change.

Communicating with Virgin is almost impossible.  I tried calling but gave up waiting. 

I tried the message thing, I never got a response. I tried Twitter and never got a response.

There are no email addresses I can see and so as a last resort I'm posting here.

I don't have a new sim card, I don't know how to tell Virgin I don't have a new sim card and can't ask why I need one. I can't ask when my phone will stop working.

Can someone at Virgin give me some answers and explain why you make it so difficult to contact you?

I've asked someone to contact you to take a look.

This will be part of the SIM upgrade programme which will be needed in the future.

Really sorry that you're having some issues with the new SIM cards and getting in touch, I can appreciate the frustration. 

We can certainly help get you connected with a new SIM, this is something that will now b required to keep using the services as part of on going changes to ensure you're getting the best possible service. 

So I can order a SIM I need to send you a personal message, I'll do this now and we'll take it from there.

Hi.

im having exactly the same problem.  I’m being told all my calls in and out will stop unless I insert a new SIM - but I have not received the new SIM card so can’t do what I’m being asked.
