No network coverage

I am having issues with the mobile network where it saying emergency calls only.

I contacted Virgin mobile last week and got sent a new sim but now I can't active it as I have no network. have tried to call customer service via a different mobile network and have been cut off twice.

All I want to do is activate the sim to hopefully resolve this issue and to be able to use the mobile network that I am paying for.

Really sorry that you've had some trouble getting your new SIM to work, this is never good.
