hi, for the past 4 days my signal strength is at zero and displaying I can only make emergency calls. I assumed service was down but it hasn't come back on.
I've tried restarting my mobile (oppo find X2 lite) a couple of times. Turning on and off airplane mode and even took out the sim and put back in to make sure the sim is seated correctly.
But no luck.
Obviously, can't call help number as I have no network connection!!
Help please ☺️

4 days seems excessive, but not unknown, for a down network, but best to check

Apparently, I have excellent coverage.
Brings it down to the SIM or the phone.
Any way to try the SIM in another handset or another SIM in yours.
