Hi guys and girls, having trouble please help, No Signal or any connection, can't send SMS or make calls after number move on iPhone. Location - London SW11 2NP, signal is strong enough, just had to adjust settings on iPhone before number move (there was a link in Virgin media SMS text on number move, that now can't access because No network connection) can't even log-in via Virgin mobile app because it asks to disconnect from WiFi, so I'm stuck. Can't even find where to chat with Virgin staff.
Tried all of these:
Reset Settings of APN, turn airplane mode on/off, turn mobile data on/off, turn off/on phone, even switch sim to android phone, enable/disable iMessages and FaceTime.
Anyone knows the solution?

Have you tried the sim in a different handset
Also does a full factory reset help at all
