Over the last 2 weeks my mobile connection shows 1 bar or no service and I am unable to make or receive any calls. My mum is elderly and is also having the same problem. She is now getting very worried as she cannot use her phone. We have been on Virgin mobile for years with no issues. I have called and someone was due to call me back this morning at 9am but I haven't heard anything. The network checkers says everything is ok in this area but it's clearly not. Please can someone help me.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, we are sorry to hear you and your Mum are facing connection issues on your Mobile phones, what handsets do you both have, have you tried to do a manual network search?
Are there any known Network issues showing here virg.in/coverage?
