No mobile signal

Hi,

Over the past month or so me and the husband both on virgin using iPhone 8 and the new iPhone se2020 struggle to make or recieve calls. It doesn’t matter if we are at home or out and about in. We find it very strange that we are both suffering the same problem. When we make or receive a call the line keeps cutting in and out so you can’t hear what the other person is saying. Sometimes the phones won’t even let you call out the signal is that bad. Our son and daughter are both on EE and they have no problem at all. 

Anyone got any ideas how we can resolve this

I'm sorry for the late reply, are you still having an issue with the signal?

 

Can you confirm if you're able to test the SIM in another handset?
