My wife and I both use Virgin mobile and we both have OnePlus devices, altough different models.
For the last 5 to 7 days neither of us have had any mobile signal whatsoever. We're used to having decent reception, but its now zero and we can neither make or receive calls.
Trying to find out if there is a recognised service issue in my area has been the most frustrating experience. The closest I have got with the Virgin website simply takes me to the page that tells me what coverage I should have in my area, not what the service actually is at the moment. It's dreadful. Why is this not available?
Just for completion, I've done all I can to check that it is not an issue with our phones. They have been turned off and on upteen times and the sim have been removed and reinserted upteen times too. No change.
