No mobile signal for 5 days

How bad that a mobile network provider fails to notify their customers when work is being carried out in the area that we cause loss of connection. I myself had to discover why I had no signal at home. We who provide the network are carrying out maintenance that lasts 5 days. Very poor service from virgin. Mark

ee are the mobile network provider in this case. Virgin won't know if there's a fault unless someone asks them to check unfortunately.

And you can bet EE did not notify their customers unless they had previously signed up for notifications.
