No mobile signal for 48 hours

Hello. I've been trying to contact someone for 2 days. I have had no phone signal for 48 hours and no one is replying on your phone support or live chat. Please help. I will have to look at moving to a new company if these problems with virgin mobile persist.

Maybe check the EE service status page, virgin get the phone signal from EE.
