I signed a one year mobile contract in early July and moved home afterwards (after 14 days cooling period). I found the Virgin mobile indoor signal in my new home is very poor, almost no signal at all. I put both Virgin mobile and Vodaphone SIMS in my mobile and there is big difference between them. Vodaphone's signal is perfect with 3 or 4 bars, while Virgin media has no service.
This is clearly not the quality of service I subscribed for because I cannot use mobile phone at home. The issue has existed for a while. I was considering a formal complaint and bring it to CISAS, but before that, could a staff member here help resolve it quickly for me please? Thanks in advance.
