Hi, we have found the following fault in the area where we work and I have been unable to use my phone since Monday 21st November.
'Sorry, a phone mast close to you isn't working.
To fix the mast, we need to get into the site. We’re talking to the landlord and will enter as soon as we can. In the meantime, you might have some trouble with your calls, texts and data. We’ll update you by Friday 9th December 2022.'
This message has not been updated in the last few days. We do rely on our personal mobiles and I am presently unable to use my mobile phone at all during the day until I return home. Will I be entitled to a refund of some of my monthly charges due to the mast issue as it's likely that I will not be able to access/use my phone for the next couple of weeks at least?
Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, we are sorry to hear there is a faulty mast near work making you unable to use your Phone while there, we are sorry we are unable to add any credits for a faulty Mast however we will be aiming to get this resolved, are you able to connect to WIFI while you are in the office as you can then use WIFI calling?
Hi Paul, sadly as admin are not allowed to jump onto the wifi 🙄 It's an issue for the whole office so, I think, we will just have to wait for the mast to be sorted. I just hope that it's done sooner rather than later as having no connection is extremely frustrating.
