No mobile service

Hi,

I dont know whats going on but iv now been without service for a total of a week from monday to friday iv had no service where i work PO15 (indoors and outdoors) and from friday to sunday ( my guess its going to go on for longer) iv had no service at home PO9. Whats annoying is virgin media stat there's nothing wrong ?????? When there obviously is..

Try the ee service status page (EE provide the signal for Virgin's phone services).

I can see that there's problems in some PO postcode areas.

Sorry to hear that you have had nose service 

Are you able to receive calls 

Able to get onto mobile data at all

What handset do you have 

Any text messages received from us in the last few weeks about a Sim Upgrade
