I have now been without any service for FOUR WEEKS ! I was finally told it's due to a problem in the migration of your network and will be resolved in 3 - 5 days after your technical team submit a sim unlock form. Then after 5 days I was told actually no will take 10 days ... 10 days was yesterday and still no phone service! I cannot get through to support using another phone. they just cut me off. Please can someone contact me asap.
