No mobile service again

Once again I have no mobile service. Unless Virgin improve I need to switch to another provider. Spent hours today trying to fix it with no success

Is there a fault on the network? Have you checked?

Hey there JT75 and welcome to our Community Forum. I'm sorry you're having mobile service issues and we'd like to help. Have you looked at the link in enlli's post to see if there is a local area outage? What does it say?

 

I'm unsure if you're still having problems but if you are, please give us more information so we can help and look into it such as whether you've tried a different device for example.
