No mobile phone signal

I have absolutely no phone signal for hours and I can find a number to ring to ask why and it won’t even show me if there’s anything wrong with any masts. 

I need phone signal it won’t work where I live but if I leave and go to my mums 20 mins away it works? Why?

As Virgin use O2 for signal I find it best to go to them for the latest information

There are two tabs you can use. Start with the Status tab to see if there are problems, and then use coverage checker to see what you normally should have.
