No mobile network

I have had network problems for 2 weeks now. I phoned you about it and you sent me a new virgin sim for iphone5s but my signal is still intermittent. It is mostly out then randomly comes back on for a while. I have never had a problem before. I live next to Roundhay Park in Leeds and it started the day before the Ed Sheeran concert. Was there some sort of network blocking that occurred?

You maybe experiencing the lack of service following a new SIM just like a number of us on this forum.  However, there seems to be denial that there is any problem whatsoever.
