I have recently switched my mobile chip from Giff Gaff to Virgin Mobile and I am so frustrated on how my internet connection just doesn’t work. Even where the coverage area tool says I should be getting good 4G signal indoor and outdoor.
I wonder if there is anything I could do to try to make this work better?

If you have no data the most likely cause is missing APN settings
TRY: text ALL to 789922
Alternatively the settings are in a sticky at the top of this group

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your mobile services.
So that I can assist you further, would you possible be able to provide me with a post code of a local shop, I would like to look at the masts in the local area and see how they are looking.
