No incoming calls.

Hi. I’m having problems with my mobile, can’t receive any phone calls on my number.
I’ve 4g all bars. I’ve tried to reset network settings and restart the phone. It is iPhone 12pro.
No change. Calls goes straight to voicemail.

I’ve got two numbers with you and second number works without any problems.

Have you tried this on WIFI calling at all?

Also have you tried putting the sim into another device to make sure if it's not the phone at all? 

Please also make sure this phone has downloaded IOS16.4, also does the other phone ring in the exact same place as the one that doesn't work? Thanks
