Hi,
I made an order today and my direct debit and credit was accepted and was told it would be delivered tomorrow however I’m now being shown that my order is parked. This isn’t really acceptable when everything has already been accepted and I’m currently in an urgent need of a new phone for a birthday present that will be missed , so there is no point

Apologies to see that your order has been parked. Usually this means we need to double check a few things with you before we can fully accept the order. It could just be as simple as confirming payment details so try not to worry. It doesn't mean that the order hasn't been accepted.

I have been talking and texting all day, as I need it urgently for a birthday present that will be missed. So if they can process it today, I need to let me know please so I can order it next day delivery from o2.
