For about a month now I have had no data on my SIM that I have as part of the ultimate OOmph package - the SIM still allows me to make calls but no data - anybody else experienced this problem? I have checked the device and SIM and this is not the issue, so Virgin must have changed something without informing me or getting my consent...

Hi there @DJG0272, welcome to our forum and thanks for your post.
Sorry to see you have no data on your Oomph sim. What handset are you currently using? You may need to reset the APN settings on the handset. If you pop on our phone fix link here you can see if there is any further support on this.
