After inserting my new SIM on Monday, calls and texts seem to be working but I don't have a mobile data connection. Any idea what the problem may be? There's an exclamation mark next to the signal strength indicator on the phone, but I'm not sure what that means.
This all looks hugely complicated and fragile. Why don't the default settings just work with the new Vodafone-based SIM as they did with the previous EE-based SIM for the past several years? I've found "Access point names" in the settings, but it just says "Access Point Name settings are not available for this user" when I select it.
