I received my credit agreement email for a new phone and when I log in, it says error 110 document not found. Can anyone help? I can't get through on phone or message service and I needed my new phone tomorrow as was promised by Virgin.
I managed to get through on the phone to them. They said that I need to wait at least 24 hours because due to the issues at the moment, the document is taking longer to be uploaded, hence the no document error. They just said to keep trying and at some point it should work over the next 24 hours.
