No contract confirmation

Hi I placed an order for a contract mobile yesterday. It said I need to wait for a confirmation email or call, which I haven’t received yet. Just wondering how long this normally takes?

Sorry to hear that you've not received a confirmation email on your order yet. 

Can you double check your spam and junk folders to see if this has gone into there. Let me know if you find this or not and I'll try and assist further.

Hi, no it’s definitely not in junk mail

It can take up to 48 hours to receive your confirmation, depending on what checks are needed to be done. Please let us know if you have not received anything by end of day tomorrow and we'll investigate this further for you.

Can you sech your mail folders and confirm if you have received anything which would suggest that the order has been parked? 

Please search for parked order.
