Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your SIM card looked into, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration. I would be more than happy to look into this for you.

You've already done a really good troubleshooting step with trying the SIM in a different phone, this helps us loads so thank you for doing that.
If you could try some of the troubleshooting steps in the link I provided for me and if none of those work, let me know and we will go into a PM to do further diagnostic checks.
If everything else fails to fix it, I will be more than happy to send out a replacement SIM for you 🙂
