No Sim

I have been using the phone for a few years now and the sim had been working fine until late evening. I now have a message on my phone saying no sim. I have tried another sim in my phone and it works and when putting my sim in another device the sim isn’t picking up either so there must be an issue with sim. Please help!

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your SIM card looked into, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration. I would be more than happy to look into this for you.

Most mobile issues can be investigated and fixed by heading over to our mobile help site here 👉 Mobile Issues - Including a SIM that seems to be refusing to work! 

You've already done a really good troubleshooting step with trying the SIM in a different phone, this helps us loads so thank you for doing that. 

If you could try some of the troubleshooting steps in the link I provided for me and if none of those work, let me know and we will go into a PM to do further diagnostic checks. 

If everything else fails to fix it, I will be more than happy to send out a replacement SIM for you 🙂

Hi Megan - I have received new sim today however now it says no service.

I have restarted the phone multiple times and reset the network settings as well.

can you please help?

Hey there @AnkitJain, thanks for the update on the forums!

I'm so sorry to hear that the SIM is saying "No Service."
May I ask if you've followed all the steps on there to get the SIM activated?
Also what device is it that you are using?
