No Sim Card

Hi, I recently had my services suspended due to an unpaid bill, which I then paid off soon as I received the text. It's been about 4 days now and my phone is still saying "No Sim Card | Emergency Calls Only" I have tried rebooting, taking SIM out carefully wiping it, putting it back in etc but to no avail. I have put the SIM in another phone (unlocked) and it didn't work either, I put a different SIM into my current phone and it worked so it's not an issue with SIM Tray or Phone. 

Wondering what's going on as I can't make or receive any calls or texts and I am at a loss as to what else to try.

Hi Susan776, 

Very sorry you're having this issue with your SIM, this ins't good. 

When a bill goes unpaid the number would be suspended, this should be lifted within 48 hours of the bill being paid. 

So if it's still an issue now then it might be a fault with the SIM and we'll need to take a closer look, therefore I'll pop you a personal message and we can take it from there
