No Service - in US

Joining in

I have an iPhone 12 Pro and can support multiple lines. I have my US line and UK line with virgin which I use for iMessaging when I’m  in the States. Everything was working great until today when out of nowhere I’ve been hit with “SOS” or “No Service” on my Virgin UK line. I’ve been missing messages and cannot text since. It’s very frustrating.

I’ve tried to connect to manual networks and restarted my phone several times but nothing is working. All settings seem to be set up correctly and everything was working great until today. All feedback is helpful - please look into my account ASAP to resolve - I cannot call or text for support without access to my Virgin service

Hi there @Hrdubya

Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the community forums, its great to have you here.

I'm so sorry to hear that you are facing this issue. Can I ask if this happens when you use mobile data, WiFi or both?

Does this happen in every location or specific locations?

Have you had any emails or texts about migration at all?

I am on data with my other line and on Wi-Fi but it doesn’t matter I cannot receive iMessages since they are attached to my virgin number. What can I do to regain service?

why was the service cut off? It was working great

Thank you for popping back to me @Hrdubya I'm going to pop you a Private Message so we can take a look into this and see what has happened.

I will pop you a PM across now, please keep an eye out for the envelope at the top of your screen alerting you to a new message.

"I cannot receive iMessages since they are attached to my virgin number." I see your problem is now sorted, but one small point, you can associate iMessage with an email address as well as a phone number and then you should still be able to receive them.
