Woke up this morning to this error message!
was working fine last night… done all the trouble shooting 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
1. No SIM card detected
2. Can’t log into my virgin media account
3. Can’t call virgin media as ‘no SIM card detected’
4. Can’t reset password, because as I have ‘no SIM card detected’ I can’t receive the text message with the code to enter for security reasons
5. Settings > general > mobile data - asking me to add data plan
6. Mobile data ‘turned off’ because no SIM card detected.
Help me!!!!!

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on our forums.
I'm really sorry to hear of the issues that you're having with your sim card and thanks for trying all of the troubleshooting instructions.
It does sound like you would need a new sim card sending out to you, I will send over a private message,so that we can pass account security and get the sim send out to you.

Thanks for your reply @Klcooke the team must have assumed that you had a landline or access to another to use to call into the team.
Have you been able to get this resolved or do you still need help?
