No SIM CARD YET

My new ultimate ooph package was activated 8 days ago and I still haven't received an ultimate ooph mobile SIM card . I keep getting the 3 to 5 days brush .

All sorted , eventually got through to a sensible lassie on virgin mobile ,she said a Mobile account should have been created in my name obviously when I contracted to UO but it wasn't ,anyway everything sorted got my sky uhd fixed as well .,Cheers community for help .much appreciated
