No Roaming and Message Us not helping. Can I contact CS by email?
My mobile services have stopped working since the 11th August. I cannot message from my phone, only from a computer connected to a different provider. Whenever I try to contact Message Us service explaining my issue the answer comes an hour or more later and by the time I realise it was already been closed, or when it is transferred to the mobile team, I do not get an answer in hours. Is there any email to get in touch with Customer Services so I do not have to repeat the issue to a different agent and have the chat closed later on?

Thanks for your post and welcome to the community forums. Apologies for the delayed response. Are you still having issues with using your handset whilst roaming? Does you handset show that you are connected to a network?
